Save the date and plan to attend the 2025 KLCA Regatta on August 2nd (11 am to 3 pm)!
This fun-filled day is the KLCA’s main annual community event, with proceeds supporting the amazing work of Moorelands Camp to provide inner-city kids with a life-changing summer camp experience.
As always, volunteers make our amazing Regatta come together. Thanks to last year’s energetic and enthusiastic volunteers, the event attracted about 300 participants and raised over $5000 for the camp.
Many of the same dedicated volunteers come back year after year, but we need more helpers! There are many key roles to fill, from hamburger flippers, lifeguards and judges, to setup/cleanup and more! We are also looking for volunteers to lead two high impact roles that are critical to helping raise the majority of funds for Moorelands Camp:
Raffle Table – for 2025 event
BBQ Table – to shadow existing lead at 2025 event and take over in 2026
